Like so many around the world, we are hearing God call His people back to Himself in these last days. It is a call that fills us with a deep, holy passion for a God-given Revival that radically transforms each of us and our churches. Our heart’s desire is for a Spiritual Awakening so great that it transforms society and draws to salvation the souls of those who do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
It is not man-made programs we long for, but for God Himself to move mightily in our hearts and communities — for the Holy Spirit to be poured out on our congregations and the leadership God has placed over them, filling them with holy zeal for His Presence, for His Word, and for saving lost souls.
We want to see the Body of Christ rend the heavens with intercession until revival sweeps across our land, drawing multitudes of lost souls into the Kingdom of God to be discipled, so that fully equipped churches walk in their divine gifts and callings.
For this, we need a Sovereign, Supernatural act of God with miraculous results that cannot be claimed by anyone but God Himself. We need The Holy Spirit to draw His people back to their first love, awakening their hearts to His presence, filling them with adoration and a deep conviction of personal sins, as well as the sins of idolatry, complacency and compromise that have pervaded the Church for too long.
Like so many around the world, we are hearing God call His people to Himself in these last days. It is a call that fills us with holy passion for a God given Revival that forever changes us; a Spiritual Awakening so great it transforms all of New York and draws to salvation the souls of those who do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
For this, we need a Sovereign, Supernatural act of God with miraculous results that cannot be claimed by anyone but God Himself. We need The Holy Spirit to draw His people back to their first love, awakening their hearts to His presence and to our need for repentance from sin, including the sin of idolatry, complacency and compromise that have pervaded the Church for too long. We need God.
The Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments were given by the divine inspiration of God’s Holy Spirit, then spoken and written through human authors chosen by God.
They are the only infallible, authoritative and Divine rule of Christian faith, conduct and spiritual practice.
God’s Word is complete and is not to be added to or subtracted from by anyone.
There is only one true God, who is infinitely eternal and perfect; the Creator, Savior, and rightful Lord of all things who is the only proper object of religious worship.
God is one God, who exists as three distinct persons — The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who are one in substance, undivided in essence and co-equal in power and glory.
In the person of Jesus Christ, the Divine and human natures are united, so that He is truly and properly God and truly and properly man.
Our first parents were created in a state of innocence, but by their willful disobedience and rebellion against God, lost their purity and happiness.
By voluntarily separating themselves from the Creator of Life, they no longer possessed spiritual life within themselves. Their disobedience awakened them to evil, selfish motives and rebellious thoughts — causing all who descend from them to be born without spiritual life, possessing this same corrupted, sinful nature inherently inclined toward self instead of God.
Because God is holy and just, He must punish sin and evil, which eventually leads to eternal separation from Him and from Spiritual Life after death.
Humanity is enslaved by their sinful nature and cannot ever achieve holiness or salvation on their own.
Because God loves the world, having no sins of His own, God The Son willingly suffered the penalty for our sins and rebellions. Jesus died in our place, defeating death as the Creator of Life itself in order to save us.
Salvation is a gift of Grace from God, received through faith in Christ, His sacrifice for our sins, His Resurrection from death, and repentance. Through faith in Christ, we receive both spiritual and eternal life — a transformative rebirth that restores our broken relationship with God.
It is both the privilege and the responsibility of all believers to be wholly Sanctified — separated from that which is evil and sinful and wholly dedicated to God.
At Salvation, believers are declared right with God because of faith in Christ’s finished work at the cross on our behalf, and set apart as holy and forgiven in His sight.
Salvation also starts our life-long process of progressional Sanctification by which believers are empowered by the Holy Spirit to grow each day in holiness and to be transformed into Christlikeness. This requires us to cooperate with God’s work in us by renewing our mind in God’s Word, growing closer to God in prayer, obeying and yielding to The Holy Spirit, and continually turning from sin toward God.
First: To love The Lord our God with all our hearts, all our minds and all our strength. Truly Loving God is central to the Christian Faith — both a genuine love and devotion that fills our heart and a deep commitment that effects who we are, what we do, and how we develop in our relationship with God and others.
Second: To love others as ourselves. This requires having a loving heart that is willing to forgive and that longs to care for the physical and spiritual needs of others.
It is our duty to develop a fervent prayer life and a life-style of faith and service in order to contribute more generously of ourselves and our resources to the relief of those who suffer and to the saving of all lost souls.
Also known as Holy Communion, it is a sacred symbol expressing the believer’s sharing in the divine nature of Christ, a memorial of The Lord’s substitutional suffering and death on our behalf, and a prophetic proclamation of Christ’s Second Coming.
This is a separate experience occurring after Salvation. At the New Birth, the Holy Spirit dwells within us, bringing eternal, spiritual life and union with Christ.
The Baptism in The Holy Spirit empowers us to live an overcoming Christian life, to develop and walk in our spiritual gifts and calling, and to be an effective witness for Christ.
The Imminent and Blessed Hope of the Church is its rapture, followed by the visible return of Christ and His reign on earth for a thousand years.
The Bible declares God has set a day for the Final Judgment, in which Our Lord Jesus Christ will judge with perfect justice every person who has ever lived. Scripture declares that the unrepentant and unbelieving will face judgment of an eternity of suffering and exile from God’s presence.
Following Judgment Day, God will create a new heaven and earth, unblemished by sin, suffering, disease, sorrow, death or corruption, and then dwell and reign on earth with us, bringing eternal peace and joy.
